Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International University (TAGI-UNI) was established as a provider of educational services to offer high-quality online academic, training and professional programs to all students around the world. Believing in our duty to protect Arabic language and enhance its prominence in the world and striving, by doing so, to preserve the Arabic identity –as a disappearance of a language means the disappearance of its people– we have designed the Arabic Fluency Program which provides training courses that fulfill the needs of learning and teaching Arabic language, directly and through the Internet. We strongly believe that mastering a language not only empowers and enhances the learner’s identity but transcends it, embracing political, religious, economic, social and aesthetic aspects.
TAGI-UNI has designed the Arabic Fluency Certificate to contribute to the dissemination of the Arabic language and its culture, enhance its value globally and ensure the standardization of the assessment of the linguistic levels of native speakers and non-native speakers. This unique certificate also makes it easier for professional and academic institutions to assess with credibility and high quality the level of candidates through a standard test that covers all the skills in the Arabic language. TAGI-UNI designed and developed this test to be the most professional tool for measuring the candidates’ mastery in Arabic language.
