The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) held several specialized training courses for the “Arab Certified Quality Manager” program tailored for Abu Dhabi Police employees in the United Arab Emirates.
The Arab Certified Quality Manager program aims to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to carry out effective practices for quality and the implementation of strategies to solve them, as well as develop and promote research and applications of the principles and practices of quality.
The program addresses a number of important cognitive frameworks such as the principles of quality management, total quality management tools, the basic concepts of leadership and personnel management, strategic planning, quality management, capacity building and training, customer focus, excellence in business and supply chain management.
